Ordinance of the City Council of [Bad] Wimpfen [Present-day Germany; Imperial City of Wimpfen/Holy Roman Empire]: “[…] No one is to engage in any kind of trade with the Jews in the city or in the valley or in Hochstadt* without the prior knowledge of the respective mayor (‘Bürgermeister’) […] contracts entered in violation [of the above] are be considered void.”
