Circular against the settlement of the second child of “Protected Jews” (Schutzjuden) addressed to all War & Domain Chambers except in East Frisia issued by King Fredrick II of Prussia [Prussia / Present-day Germany, Poland, Czech Republic]: “[The Second Child] of Protected Jews are allowed to settle outside of Berlin, but not in any cities such as Stettin and Magdeburg that have a ‘jus de non tolerates Judaeis’ in place.”
