Ordinance, issued by the state government of Bohemia [Present-day Czech Republic]: “All Jews who are found wandering about the land without the appropriate passport shall, if they are domestic Jews, be sent back to their place of birth, as long as they are not guilty of any crime; whereas foreign Jews, so found, shall be removed from Bohemia altogether.”
