Ordinance, issued by the state government of Bohemia [Present-day Czech Republic]: “From now on, magistrates shall only issue those passports to Jews which bear the city seal as well as a marching route, and all administrators of Jew-Hospitals shall, under the most severe penalties, keep accurate rosters of their Jews and shall keep these rosters filed and ready for inspection.”
