Ordinance, issued by the state government of Bohemia [Present-day Czech Republic]: “In all cases where a Jew is drafted into military service, the chief administrative officer shall file a report with the tax office, detailing whether the Jew is married, widowed or single, whether he has any real or movable property, or whether he merely lived by way of his profession, in order that future taxes may be assessed correctly.”
