“Decision” of the Council of the Free/Independent St. Mauritz Chapter [Prince-Bishopric of Münster; Present-day Germany]: “[…] Furthermore, it has been decided that Jewish children without protection permits from the council shall be stopped and punished. […] the Lords/gentlemen of S[aint] Mauritz* have been instructed to not permit or tolerate Jews to live in (and around) places and houses where other priests (‘geistlichen platzen und heußern’) reside […]” [Researcher’s note: *Sankt/St. Mauritz was a free and independent cathedral chapter in the Prince-Bishopric of Münster.]
