“Resolution” issued by the government of Brunswick-Lüneburg [Present-day Germany; Duchy of Brunswick-Lüneburg]: “[…] the Jews who live in Neu-Stadt (new-city) of Hannover […] shall give the local clergy/church (‘Geistlichkeit’) […] annually 3 Thaler [currency] and a married Jewish home-dweller [shall give] one Thaler […].”
