“Royal Court Decree” issued by the Austrian Royal Court [Present-day Austria]: “[…] The tolerated Jews should gradually be introduced/initiated to the business-sectors (‘Nahrungszweige’) that have been extended to them, and [in doing] so, be made useful to the state, […] especially, the morality of their character should be improved by means of a [proper] school instruction.
