“Royal Decree” issued by the Austrian Government [Present-day Austria, Czech Republic; House of Habsburg-Lorraine]: “Jewish coats, which are usually made of lower grade/quality wool, are only to be categorized as such, if they are circulated in pieces that are 6 Ell or larger. However, the factory owner, who manufactures these, must not cut them up before their sale in order to circumvent the required stamp.”
