“Governmental Decree” issued by the Austrian Government and addressed to all Jewish foreign students [Present-day Austria]: “[…] all Jewish foreign students are to [report and] identify themselves to the Royal Imperial Chief Police Authority/Directive (‘k. k. Polizey-Oberdirection’) with the[ir] school reports/certificates (‘Zeugnisse’) issued by their professors all the more so, since they will otherwise not be regarded as students and expelled/removed from Vienna without further ado. […].”
