“Decree” issued by the Lower Austrian Government [Austrian Empire; Present-day Austria]: “Since […] a number of Israelis have been seen to be present/staying in Döbling*, and Grinzing* (‘Grünzing’) und Siefring for 2 to 4 weeks [at a time], the county office (‘Kreisamt’) of Vienna is ordered to make sure that the necessary authorities take appropriate actions. […]” [Researcher’s note: Döbling and Grinzing are now part of the 19th District of Vienna.]
