“Ordinance” issued by the Royal Court [Present-day Austria]: “Factory owners, who are Jewish (‘members of the group that adheres to the Jewish faith’), can only be given permission to establish their branch outside of the [pre-set] market hours in such places where they are tolerated, however, not where they are not permitted to stay (be present) or [in places] where there exists special political authorization (laws) for the purpose of their (Jews) non-proliferation […]”
