“Rescript, issued by Frederick I, King of Württemberg [Present-day Germany]: “Art. 1 – In towns where no Jews have resided in the past, none shall be admitted in the future. Art. 3 – No domestic Jew shall receive permission to start a household of his own, if he cannot produce evidence of the means for an honest livelihood.”
