“Ordinance” issued by the Royal Commission for Commerce [Present-day Austria]: “In cases that deal with the application of a large/wholesale [permit] for Jews who are not tolerated in Vienna, the Royal Commission for Commerce is to seek the preliminary consent of the Royal Imperial Royal Court Chancellery (‘k. k. Hofkanzley’) with regards to the granting of the toleration [permit]. […]”
