Decree, issued by the Austrian Court-Chancellery to the state government of Bohemia [Present-day Czech Republic]: “In reviewing the prohibition that Jews shall not keep Christian servants and wet-nurses, His Majesty [Emperor Francis I] has decided on the third of this month: that in this matter, the existing ordinances are to remain in effect, without any new proclamation.”
