First Regulation on the Profession of Nursing and the Establishment of Nursing Schools issued by the Reich Ministry of Interior [Germany]: “Article 20 (1) – Jews are only allowed to work as a nurse when taking care of other Jews or working in Jewish institutions. (3) Jewish nurses can only be trained at Jewish nursing schools. Those schools are not allowed to educate people of German or kindred blood.
