Regulation Concerning the Professional Pursuit of Maternal and Child care, and the Establishment of Maternal and Child Care schools issued by the Reich Ministry of Interior [Germany]: “Article 21 – (1) Jews are only allowed to practice infant and childcare on other Jews and in Jewish institutions. (3) The training of Jewish infant and child nurses may only take part in Jewish maternal and child care schools. Those schools are not allowed to train people of German or kindred blood.
