“Order” issued by King Ruprecht [Present-day Germany; Wittelsbach Dynasty]:  “[…] We, Ruprecht, […] order Meyer von Cronberg to collect half of the Jewish taxes, the annual interests, and the golden penny from all and every Jew and Jewess, man and woman, widow and widower, boy and girl, who are 13 years of age or older and command [the Jews] to meet the aforementioned Meyer’s demands until this order is revoked. […]”
