“Order” of Vratislav von Pernstein (Wratislaw von Pernstein/Vratislav z Pernštejna) addressed to his officers [Present-day Czech Republic]: “Vratislav (‘Wratislaw’) […] orders this officer of Litomyšl/Liyomysl (‘Leitomischl’), Wenzel Hubryk, to prohibit Jews from settling/inhabiting Christian houses.” [Researcher’s note: The Pernstein family (Pernštejn) was one of the seven (and most important of the) Moravian dynasties.
