“Order” of [City] Council of Münster addressed Porter Storck [Prince-Bishopric of Münster; Present-day Germany]: “[…] the monitor (‘emonito’) Stork is ordered to pay close attention to the passports and the permits (‘päsß oder commissiones’) [of Jews] and to make sure that they obey the past order/decision and stay no longer than 3 days […].”
