Royal Resolution [Austria]: “All Jews – without exception, including those who do not posses their own ‘Privilege’ but are listed on someone else’s – are to be gathered rigorously, and […] they are to be reported to the Court Commissioners who in turn are to apprehend them [Jews] prudently and without exception.”
