“Edict” issued by the Government of Brunswick-Lüneburg [Present-day Germany]: “[…] Jews shall not be permitted to acquire property/realties (‘Immobilia’) in any manner, and henceforth, such properties shall not be admitted to be licensed (certified by the state) to such person or his representatives, nor other lands, gardens, or other grasslands (‘Wiesen’) […] nor shall there be made any loans on these [from Jews …].”
