“Decree” issued by the Austrian Government [Present-day Austria]: “[…] No Jew – much less a foreign Jew – is to be logged in/recorded* as an active business partner/share holder (‘Handlungsgesellschafter) or in any other capacity – such as procurer (‘Procura-Führer’) without having consulted with the Chief-Police Authority/Directive first. […]” [Researcher’s note: While the German text uses the word ‘protokolliren’ (to be protocoled), it most likely refers to being issued a permit in that capacity.]
