“Order” issued by the (Austrian) Royal Commission for Commerce [Present-day Austria]: “ […] in cases where permission is to be given to Israelis for an important factory enterprise, […] the temporary permission is to be issued only for as long as his presence is necessary for the maintenance of the factory […] a personal residency permit (‘Aufenthaltsbewilligung’) – as he is not suitable for [a] tolerance [permit] – must be granted in such a way that it is only valid for the duration of […] the factory permission (‘Fabriksbefügnis’). […]”
