“Royal Court Chancellery Decree” issued by the Austrian Royal Court Chancellery [Austrian Empire; Present-day Austria, Croatia, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Slovenia, Switzerland]: “[…] If a Jew has been granted a business license for a particular type of work, it is not a residency permit per se. Such a permit is valid for the duration in which the Jews is engaged in that particular trade [for which he was granted the permit] […].”
