“Reich Physicians Law” issued by Third Reich [Germany]: “Article 3 (2) The license to practice medicine shall be refused: […] (5) If the applicant can’t become an Official because of his or his spouse’s descent and if -at the time of the application- the percentage of non-German blooded physicians in relation to the total numbers of physicians is higher than the percentage of non-German blooded in the German population.
