“Sale of Domestic and Foreign Books,” regulation issued by the government of Lower Austria [Austria]: “Books imported from the German Hereditary Lands into Vienna may be sold by Jews on the open markets under the general permission by the Censorship Office. However, Jews who bring books from foreign lands to market for sale, must seek the permission of the government every time.“
