“Royal Order” of King Albrecht I of Habsburg [Present-day Austria and Germany; Dukedom of Austria and Styria and Kingdom of Germany]: “[…] all Jews […] including Ananias as well as other Jews in Our kingdom […] shall not be paid (receive) any interests on the principal of loans […] from the Eberbach Abby or the Cistercian order. […] All such [existing] guarantees, certificates [debts], and contracts are to be deemed void. […]” [Researcher’s note: A similar order was reissued by the king on June 29, 1300.]
