Banning of Jews from Freiburg issued by King Sigismund [Present-day Germany]: “The mayor and the Council to Freiburg have told us, what they have for troubles with the Jews in the town and how the residents have to suffer […]. So we decided, that by the virtue of this letter, the Jews, who live there, have to leave the city of Freiburg and that no Jews are allowed to be accommodated in the city from now on […].”
