“Ordinance” issued by the Austrian Government [Present-day Austria, Czech Republic; House of Habsburg-Lorraine]: “Even though Jews are not permitted to do business in the land/district near the Enns according to current law except during main annual markets, a number of Bohemian Jews have been given passports which grant them unrestricted trade, that is why it is ordered herewith that Jews are not to be issued unrestricted passports henceforth.”
