“Ordinance” of the Royal Court Chancellery [Present-day Austria]: “[…] even though the granting of wholesale-trade permits to Israelis by the Royal Court Commerce Commission paves the way to the acquisition of tolerance [permits for them], [the issuance of such tolerance permits] by the Royal Imperial Court Chancellery will always be done after consultation with the Royal Imperial Commerce Commission.”
